for a Pro-Vaccine Advocacy Day at the Massachusetts State House
Massachusetts Families for Vaccines is pleased to invite you to our Day of Advocacy on Wednesday, January 28, 2026! This event will support our campaign to pass H.2554/S.1557 to remove the non-medical exemption from required school vaccines.
We will gather at 10:00am in Room 428 to hear from bill sponsor Representative Andy Vargas, learn about MAFV’s poll showing strong support for passing H.2554/S.1557, hear from experts about the importance of strengthening vaccine requirements in schools, and watch a clip from the documentary Shot in the Arm. (You can view the trailer here.) Refreshments will be provided. After the presentation, we strongly encourage you to visit your legislators’ offices to share why passing H.2554/S.1557 is important to you.
If you are able to attend, please fill out the form below so that we can help you arrange meetings with your legislators in advance. You can also contact katie@mafamiliesforvaccines.org to RSVP or with any questions.
Even if you are not able to make it, we strongly encourage you to invite your legislators and their staff members to the presentation and to share the event with your networks. You can use our quick form to email both your state representative and state senator at once here.
Thank you so much for your support of strong vaccine requirements and safe schools!
